Chip joined Baumann Masonry in 2017, continuing a family legacy built on decades of hands-on masonry experience. As Don’s youngest son, Chip grew up around the trade and learned the importance of craftsmanship, work ethic, and doing things the right way from an early age.
Today, Chip plays a hands-on role in both the field and the day-to-day operations of the business. He brings a modern perspective while staying grounded in the standards that built the company — clear communication, attention to detail, and pride in finished work. Chip focuses on maintaining quality, refining processes, and guiding the company forward as a second-generation owner.

Don founded Baumann Masonry in 1986 with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and honest work. With over 40 years of experience in the masonry trade, Don developed his skills through hands-on experience across all aspects of the industry, earning a reputation for reliability and attention to detail.
Through years of hard work and word-of-mouth referrals, Don built Baumann Masonry into a trusted name throughout the region. While no longer on every job site, his experience, standards, and guidance continue to shape the company and the quality of work delivered today.
